Two Notorious Inter-state dreaded thieves arrested by CCB police,35 Cases detected,4kg Gold ornaments worth Rs.2.25 Crore recovered:

Bengaluru CCB Police have nabbed two inter-state thieves burglary offenders and with their arrest 35 cases detected,4kg stolen Gold ornaments worth Rs.2.25 Crore recovered.

The accused has been identified as,Faheem alias ATM Faheem@Islammudin,35,Mursaleem Mahamed,42,both resident of Muradabad in uttarpradesh.

Kamal Pant,Commissioner of police told media persons,Based on a case reported in Annapoorneshwari nagar police station limits a theft case was reported senior officers and CCB team visited the spot with finger print experts.

After inspecting the spot the finger print experts collected evidence from the scene of the crime,and the finger print experts uploaded the same in their records and the finger prints matched with one of the burglary offender who was arrested by CCB.

The police found finger print of Fayum and the case was subsequently transfered to CCB due to inter state ramifications.

A team led by Sandeep Patil,Joint CP Crime,DCP Crime-1,KP Ravikumar,headed by ACP,Nagaraj under the leadership of PI,Hazaresh Killedar and his team swung into action and based on reliable inputs and with the technical support the team gathered his whereabouts.

A,team led by Hazaresh Killedar tracked down Fayum at his native and rushed to his native to nab him the team camped their in his native for seven days and was success in nabbing them and recovering the stolen gold ornaments and brought them to Bengaluru for investigation.

During interrogation the accused confessed the crime and when asked about where he has disposed the booty as stolen gold ornaments he said that he has given to Ashok Lati to another notorious offender from Gurgaon.

Based on his statement police team went to Haryana in search of Lati they found that the accused was murdered last year.

The prime accused in the case is Faheem who tried to mislead CCB by sharing the name of Ashok Lati,another notorious offender from Gurgaon.

The CCB team returned to the city to continue questioning Fayum to identify the location when the team grilled him the accused spilled the beans and revealed the location of property he disposed.

The CCB officials finally went to his sister’s house in Muradabad where Faheem had kept his share of booty. The team recovered 4 kg gold ornaments worth Rs.2.25 Crore from her possession.

A detailed investigation by the team has revealed that the prime accused identified as Faheem Islamuddin,While in Jail,Faheem formed a gang and since 2017 he started moving in car visiting places like Belguam, Goa,Panjim,Telangana Hyderabad and Bengaluru to break in houses.

He used to come in car move around the city to identify the locked houses to break in. In 2018 the CCB has arrested him for a similar charges but he managed to get out on bail.However he continue to visit Bengaluru and involved in house breaks.

Fayum Islammudin is from Muradabad in Uttar Pradesh is notorious habitual offender was wanted in many cases of theft,cheating and other criminal cases. The Uttar Pradesh police had announced a cash reward of RS 10,000 before he was arrested.The CCB officials are further questioning Faheem to ascertain about his other gang members.

Finally Bengaluru Police Commissioner,Kamal Pant has appreciated,Joint CP Crime,Sandeep Patil,DCP,Crime-1,KP Ravikumar, ACP,Nagaraj,ACP,Finger Print Bureau,Raghavendra Shinde,PI,Hazaresh Killedar,and his team as,Nawaz Khan,Mufeez Khan,Raghavendra,Nagaraj,Sreenivas,Girish,Smt.Amaiyamma, Ravikumar,Parshuram,and Sameer has been appreciated for the exemplary work done by them who has visited various state and recovered gold ornaments worth Rs.2.25 Crore.

Appreciating their efforts a cash reward of Rs.75,000 and a appreciation certificate has been given to the team he added.
