The 71st Republic Day was celebrated at BSF Campus, Frontier HQ Gujarat,Gandhinagar on 26th Jan’ 2020 with rich traditions of the Force. A day long celebrations started with the hoisting of the National Flag by sh RajSingh Rathore DIG/PSO, Ftr HQ BSF
Gujarat in presence of all officers, Subordinate Officers and Jawans of Ftr Gujarat. Sh Raj Singh Rathore, DIG/PSO, Ftr HQ Gujarat conveyed his greetings to all BSF members andtheir families on this special day. He briefed about the role of each individual in the nation building. Sh Raj Singh Rathore,DIG/PSO along with senior Officers visited BSF hospital , gandhinagar conveyed greetings and well wishes to patients and distributed sweets to them.
Smt Sadhana Singh Rathore and Sh Raj Singh Rathore, DIG/PSO with BSF Officers of the Gandhinagar campus visited Ankur Play School, BSF Campus Gandhinagar and conveyed greetings, well wishes to the school children and distributed sweets to them. During the ocassion , cultural programmes and games for BSF troops and their families were also organized a t this HQ.
Similarly, the 71st Republic Day was also celebrated at Sector Barmer, Bhuj Gandhinagar and by all the field information under this frontier. Jawans at the border celebrated the National festival their respective places duties with full enthusiasm.
