Robinder Sachdev, President, Imagindia India hosted 8th Clean India Day Conclave & Awards at Constitution Club, Rafi Marg

14th August 2018, New Delhi : Robinder Sachdev, President, Imagindia hosted 8th Clean India Day Conclave & Awards at Constitution Club, Rafi Marg. The conclave focussed on the contribution of the goals of the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan for cleaner India and Beautiful India. Dr Sanjana Jon, International Fashion Designer and Social Activist of New York and New Delhi was appointed as Global Brand Ambassador of  “Come, Clean India” campaign.

 National and international dignitaries spotted at the event were Dr Udit Raj, Patrick Okabe, David Young Lee, Haji Syed Salman Chisty, Swami Chidanand Saraswati ji, Renu Hussian, Ms Subha Rajan, Parull Mahaajan, Seema Dhawan, Dr Nirmal Jain, Sadhviji with Swami Chidanand Saraswati Ji, Dr Archana Patil and many other guests.

The Annual Clean India Day organized by the Imagindia Institute is one of the most prestigious dates in the calendar year for simultaneous nation-wide civic awareness and volunteering activities to promote a clean India, and the vision of Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji, of a Swacchh Bharat. Every year, on this day, since past seven years, hundreds of activities and programs are held all across India; and also    a Clean India Day Conclave & Awards event is held at New Delhi, by the Come, Clean India campaign.

The efforts of Imagindia and the Come, Clean India campaign, including its impact on public policy, have been appreciated by Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji, Hon’ble Finance Minister Shri Arun Jaitley ji, Hon’ble Home Minister Shri Rajnath Singh ji, Hon’ble Transport Minister Shri Nitin Gadkari ji, Hon’ble Commerce Minister Shri Suresh Prabhu ji, including as contributor to the annual review of the Swacch Bharat Abhiyan.
