The Lokayukta officials on Wednesday trapped a woman public prosecutor red handed while accepting a bribe of Rs.1,100 in return of an official favour.
Based on the complaint,a team of officials caught K.S.Latha,Public Prosecutor,45th City Civil & Sessions Court (CCH-46), Bengaluru City,red handed while accepting the money .
Latha,according to the officials promised to favour the person in the case and not to file objection to the bail application.
She was booked under Prevention of Corruption Act and taken into custody for further investigations.
