Haveri (Shiggaon):Channamma Basavaraj Bommai appealed to the people to bless her son and BJP candidate,Bharat Bommai in the same way they have continuously blessed Basavaraj Bommai four times.
She made this request while campaigning for her son and BJP candidate Bharat Bommai in several villages, including Kundur and Guddada Channapur in the constituency.
She recalled that in 2008,the Shiggaon constituency lacked proper roads and drinking water,but over the past fifteen years,substantial development has taken place.
She mentioned that Basavaraj Bommai was elected four times with the people’s blessings and,as Chief Minister, he contributed significantly to the development of the region.
She expressed that Bharat Bommai,like his father, is eager to develop the constituency.He has the desire to provide employment opportunities to every woman in each household in the constituency.
She further added that they initially decided not to field Bharat in the elections,but considering the insistence of the people of the constituency and the High Command’s decision,they yielded to the demand and fielded him. Channamma requested the people to bless Bharat and help him secure victory.
