An electric scooter parked at the basement of the house was gutted due to accidental fire in Shivanahalli in Basaveshwara Nagar on Sunday night .
The owner of the house Mukesh had parked his EV bike at the basement and kept for charging .
The fire broke out in the middle of the night and the family realized as smoke engulfed the building.
The family members rushed to the basement and pulled out the burning scooter out before the fire and emergency personnel reached the spot .
A bicycle parked adjacent to the scooter was also gutted.No one injured in the fire.The fire team late doused the fire.
