The cubbon park police detained popular social media influence younes Zarou after he visited church street amidst huge gathering without due permission cause public safety concern on Wednesday.
Zarou who had over 2.1 crore followers had announced on social media account “church street we are coming ” as part of his campaign causing a huge crowd gathered .
The police based on information rushed to the spot taken him in the vehicle and dropped in another location with an advise not to perform any social media stunts which can cause public safety.
He later put out a post “I survived I am fine.Bengaluru is not for beginners thanks to police chief without him i think I would be somewhere else now”..
It may be recalled that the cubbon park police stopped steet performance of British musician ed sharan while he tried to perform on church street without permission.
